Learn The Correct Back Stretches

First, find a flat surface where you have enough room to move around without hitting any objects. Once you have found a spot that is comfortable for you, prop your body up on the floor with your hands and knees touching the ground. Once in you are in this position, slowly push you to lower back up towards the roof or ceiling. This will create an arch in your back. Keep arching your back until you feel the stretch, but make sure to not overdo it or injury can occur.
When you found the position that generates stretches in the lower back, hold it for at least 15 seconds. Once you have held it for at least 15 seconds, relax and return to your starting position. Try to do this 10 times to ensure that your back is being stretched.
