Learn The Correct Back Stretches

First, find a flat surface where you have enough room to move around without hitting any objects. When you found the position that generates stretches in the lower back, hold it for at least 15 seconds. Once you have held it for at least 15 seconds, relax and return to your starting position. Try to do this 10 times to ensure that your back is being stretched.
